The Vineyard, Revealed

Every decision begins in the vineyard. Our role in the cellar is to let the site speak with clarity, allowing the wines to express their origin with honesty and restraint. Balanced, aromatic, and layered, the wines of Rancho Pequeño carry elegance and depth, shaped by attentive farming and disciplined winemaking.

Two Voices, One Vision

Winemakers Françoise Peschon and Maayan Koschitzky share a minimal-intervention approach shaped by classical technique and small-lot winemaking. Their work emphasizes purity, balance, and gentle extraction, revealing the vineyard’s natural structure without overstatement.

Sauvignon Blanc

Françoise Peschon crafts our Rancho Pequeño Sauvignon Blanc with a nod to her time in Bordeaux, blending small percentages of Sauvignon Musqué and Sémillon for added aromatic and textural dimension. Whole-cluster fermentation in seasoned French oak, followed by weekly bâtonnage on the lees, contributes depth, creaminess, and complexity. Having made white wines from this vineyard since 2014, Françoise brings a long, intuitive understanding of the site to this inaugural release. The first vintage will début in spring 2026.
